Cadence13 and Headspace Announce Podcast Partnership
Slate to kick off with “Radio Headspace,” a daily meditation podcast hosted by Headspace co-founder and former Buddhist monk Andy Puddicombe
New York (May 6, 2020)—Cadence13, a leading premium podcast company, and Headspace, a global leader in meditation and mindfulness, today announced a partnership to create a slate of new and original podcasts. The first, Radio Headspace, will launch later this month and will feature a daily, short-form meditation podcast hosted by Headspace co-founder and former Buddhist monk, Andy Puddicombe in an effort to help listeners cope with the heightened stress of our changing world.
Radio Headspace will feature three-to-five minute daily episodes designed to reduce stress and anxiety, increase compassion, and get your day started on the right foot. Airing Monday through Friday, this new daily dose of self-care will target listeners of all ages and backgrounds who are looking to incorporate more moments of mindfulness into their day.
This marks the first podcast from Headspace Studios, Headspace’s new multi-platform studio creating and distributing mindful living content. The in-house studio combines Headspace’s deep expertise in meditation and mindfulness with modern storytelling to develop original cross-platform content offerings. Additional podcasts from the Cadence13 and Headspace Studios collaboration will be announced at a later date.
