This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Cadence13 (“we”, “our” or “us”) on the collection, use and disclosure of your information on www.cadence13.com  (the “Site”) and the services, features, content or applications we offer (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). Cadence13 values individual privacy and maintaining the privacy of your personal information is of utmost importance to us.

What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered when you are using or accessing the Services. This Privacy Policy also covers our treatment of any Personal Information that our business partners share with us or that we share with our business partners.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party websites, services and applications (“Third Party Services”) that you may elect to access through the Services. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect your email address if you communicate with us by email, as well as other information that you might supply voluntarily. We may use this information to respond to an email or other inquiry or request or send updates or notices about us or the podcasts we offer. In addition, if you register for a restricted access portal of the Site such as, dashboard.cadence13.com, you will be required to provide information that could be Personal Information, such as your username, password and/or email address. You acknowledge that this information may be personal to you, and by creating an account (“Account”) on such Service, you are a registered user and agree to the applicable terms of this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Computer-Related Information
  • We do not enable “cookes” on our Site. Our web server automatically collects information from your computer and navigation patterns when you visit our Site, including you Internet Protocol (IP) address, the computer’s operating system, the type of browser you use, and the specific web pages visited during your connection. We may also track data such as the total number of visits to our Site and the number of visitors to each page of our Site. We may use this information, in aggregate form, for system maintenance or to better understand how our visitors use our Site and Services so we can make them better.
  • We collect information using JaveScript tags to manage, report and optimize your experience on the Site. The JavaScript tags do not, by themselves, contain Personal Information, and we do not combine the general information collected through JaveScript tags with other Personal Information to tell us who you are.

 

Aggregate Information:

We collect statistical information about how both unregistered and registered users, collectively, use the Services (“Aggregate Information”). Some of this information is derived from Personal Information. This statistical information is not Personal Information and cannot be tied back to you, your Account or your web browser.

How, and With Whom, Is My Information Shared?

Registered users may have some Personal Information associated with their Accounts. Unregistered users will not have this association, but information concerning their use of the Services (such as what pages they have visited) may be tracked anonymously by us and stored by us. We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share Personal Information with our Agents in order to support and troubleshoot our Services. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use Personal Information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. How We Protect the Information

Your Account information will be protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your Account.

We seek to protect Account information to ensure that it is kept private; however, we cannot guarantee the security of any Account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

We otherwise store all of our information, including your IP address information, using industry-standard techniques. We do not guarantee or warrant that such techniques will prevent unauthorized access to information about you that we store, Personal Information or otherwise.

How Can I Delete My Account?

Should you ever decide to delete your Account, you may do so by by emailing support@cadence13.com. If you terminate your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Information?

You can use many of the features of the Services without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect.

You can always opt not to disclose certain information to us, even though it may be needed to take advantage of some of our features.

You can delete your Account. Please note that we will need to verify that you have the authority to delete the Account, and activity generated prior to deletion will remain stored by us and may be publicly accessible.

What Happens When There Are Changes to this Privacy Policy?

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such changes have been first posted.
